Alt. Lateral Lunge + DB Pass Swing

1. Stand upright, with your hands at your hips and DB in your right hand. Take a large step backward with your left foot.
Lower your hips so that your right thigh (front leg) becomes parallel to the floor with your right knee positioned directly over your ankle.
2. While lunging back, lower the DB till your arm is straight down your body on the right side. While returning to standing neutral, engage your core, swing the DB up to chest height, pass to the opposite hand, and repeat the movement.
