  • I went to watch an On-Demand video, but there is no play button or way to view the class.

    Every now and then, for security purposes, the system will log you out and require you to log back in.
    Click the red circular Menu icon on the top right corner of the page and click “Login” at the top of the menu. Enter your Username or email address and your Password.

  • I am logged in and I still can't see the play button or view the class.

    Members who signed up before February 2021 went through the site update. When that happened the billing system was updated and an “Auto Renew” option was enacted. Unfortunately, it defaulted to “Do not auto renew”. To correct this, follow these simple instructions:

    1. Log into the site normally.
    2. Click the red circular Menu icon on the top right corner of the page and click on “My Account”.
    3. Click on “Subscriptions”.
    4. Enable the “Auto Renew” button.
